1. Setup And Integration
Our specialist team will ensure the onboarding process is quick and easy, integrating with our innovative client portal so the whole order process fits with your own operations.
2. Shipping To Our Fulfilment Centres
Transferring your goods to the chosen fulfilment centre will link directly with our system.
Using product bar codes, upload the quantity of each SKU you’re selling and ship your products to us.
3. On Shelf And On Our System
Once the goods are inbounded after thorough quality and quantity checks, they will be put away onto our shelves and added to the inventory system, ready for selling on your ecommerce platforms.
4. Customer Orders
When customers make their orders, they will be sync’d into our warehouse management system within minutes, the warehouse will be notified to start the pick n’ pack process of the item which can be dispatched as soon as possible.
5. Pick, Pack And Ship
Our team of people (and bots!) arrange for the goods to be picking and packing them to the agreed requirements and ready to be collected via our corresponding carrier service partners.
A carrier Service tracking number will be submitted to your online store platforms, and in turn your customers will be notified too!
7. Returns Management
We can manage your returns process, re-labelling and re-stocking inventory.
